HAND CARVED SAN ISIDRO FIGURE

San Isidro, the patron saint of farming, will welcome good weather for crops and will bring good seed growth in your garden. Lovingly hand carved from local cottonwood by Navajo folk artist Larry Jacques carves this special figure. Featuring handcarved hat, beard, hands, feet and face, with rope detail at waist.  Larry is known for his traditional folk art carvings of Nativities, Coyotes, Saints, Angels, Larry utilizes the cottonwood he gathers from the banks of the Rio Grande making each unique piece a great addition to any authentic New Mexico art collection. 4 3/4″ tall.
