"Was gifted some frozen roasted green chile from New Mexico Catalog... OMG! It is AMAZING! So perfectly roasted and meaty and great flavor. I had the medium which were nice large chiles. The vacuum packing was outstanding and made for easy keeping in the freezer. I will keep them on tap for more!
