The hotter the chile the smaller the chile and this one runs about 5″ in length. With our daytime temperatures over 95 degrees these New Mexico Barker’s have great New Mexico flavor and great heat. With a heat level ranging from 15-30,000 Scovilles, Use wisely, this chile is not for the faint at heart. Grown in the Mesilla Valley of Southern New Mexico.
