HANDMADE “MESILLA VALLEY SANDIA” RED CHILE PEPPER RISTRA

Santa Fe Style always says yes to Dried Red Chile Pepper Strings called RISTRAS (ree-strahs.) Hanging on front doors and portals after the fresh green chile harvest has ended in the autumn, these red chile ristras are a sign of WELCOME, in the Land of Enchantment. Our ristras are of the highest quality and are available year round, made to order, fresh from locally harvested sandia peppers.

Made to order from locally harvested dried red SANDIA chile peppers from the Mesilla Valley in Southern New Mexico, USA.

Untreated peppers are edible and can be used in your favorite authentic chile pepper recipe like red enchilada sauce.  This is a sign that you should give grandma’s recipe a go…

Available in vertical hanging lengths of as small as 1 foot and made to order 6 Feet long.
