Our farm in the Mesilla Valley has just the right combination of altitude, soil and a long, hot growing season. Our Chile is grown from certified seed, which guarantees consistent flavor and heat level in each batch. For nearly 30 years, we have been shipping green Chile and consistently giving our repeat customers a reason to buy from us again and again.

We only harvest the best chile of each crop and personally inspect each pepper before it is shipped or roasted.
