Each chile pepper is hand-selected based on the highest quality picked fresh from the fields of the Mesilla Valley and Hatch, New Mexico.  We roast it, vacuum seal and freeze, with skin on to preserve flavor and quality, in convenient 1 lb packs.

Offered in 4 lb. quantities, packed individually in convenient 1 lb. vacuum-sealed bags, shipped frozen, 2Day express packed in insulated boxes with gel packs.  Our warehouse ships the most efficient way possible but with frozen foods, comes shipping charges by the weight. With 40 years of shipping food all over the USA, we continue to fine tune and adapt to the current shipping carriers and methods and most efficient packing supplies etc...
