EXTRA HOT BARKERS – One of our hottest! We’ve warned you.  This classic chile is grown for its traditional New Mexico flavor. With medium-thick flesh it can be roasted and makes deliciously hot salsa. The hotter the chile the smaller the chile and this one runs about 5″ in length. With our daytime temperatures over 95 degrees these New Mexico Barker’s have great New Mexico flavor and great heat. With a heat level ranging from 15-30,000 Scovilles, Use wisely, this chile is not for the faint at heart. Grown in the Mesilla Valley of Southern New Mexico.
